Deep dark gloss black is bold and dramatic. This is actually a chrome metal electroplate that that has been applied in a special way to make it jet black.
Black Chrome has a characteristic metallic luster and discernible swirls making each tap unique and vibrant. Gloss Black chrome is quite delicate and should be cleaned with care. Although it is very hard, it is also very thin, so care needs to be taken to keep anything gritty or abrasive off the finish. Cared for properly Black chrome will give many years of service.
