Alice Project by Dezcon is a modern Mediterranean home, featuring a showstopper façade comprising of a large feature window, looking onto a circular staircase and double height foyer.

The essence of the home is captured through the incredible contrast of the concrete curves to the vertical timber cladding. Rendered arches accentuated by black steel frames have striking visual impact, creating a statement from street view. While based on the Mediterranean style, new architectural shapes add a modern feel and depth to the home.

A simple colour palette allows the bold arches and concrete curves to be the focal point. Internal curves soften the hallways and allow for fluidity within the home, which is further accentuated by the open plan living spaces and floor to ceiling windows looking onto incredible pool views.

The main bathroom features our Pegasi range in Brushed New Nickel, its neutral tone and clean lines perfectly aligning with the home’s timeless design and complementing the curvatures of the rest of the home.
